Join Erika Rogers, local artist and owner of The Heritage Farm at Stevens Creek, for an engaging Introduction to Linocut Printmaking. This beginner-friendly workshop will guide you through the creative process of relief printmaking, from initial sketch to finished printed artwork.
In this hands-on class, students will learn how to design, carve, ink, and print their own linoleum block prints. Erika will demonstrate essential tools and techniques, including safe carving methods, ink application, and both press and hand-burnishing printing techniques.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of printmaking fundamentals and several of your own finished prints to take home.
