Our events are a wonderful opportunity to connect with our community, share what you create, and introduce your business to new customers in a beautiful farm setting.

Vendors

We’re looking for makers who create their own products by hand. Our markets are focused on homegrown, handmade, handcrafted, and locally made goods that reflect the creativity and craftsmanship of our community.

Please note: We do not accept MLM/direct-sales businesses or bulk-manufactured, mass-produced, or resale items. Vendors must be the maker of the products they are selling, unless otherwise approved by The Heritage Farm at Stevens Creek.

All vendors and products are subject to approval to help maintain the handmade and handcrafted focus of our markets.

Food Trucks

Food truck vendors must be approved by The Heritage Farm at Stevens Creek or have been in contact with a representative of the farm before registering for an event.

Please contact us to inquire about availability and event opportunities before submitting a registration.

Food truck vendors are responsible for providing all required equipment, permits, licenses, insurance, and supplies necessary to operate their business.

Weather & Rain Date Policy

Our markets are planned as outdoor events and will be held rain or shine unless severe or unsafe weather conditions require cancellation.

The Heritage Farm will monitor weather conditions leading up to each market and will make the final decision regarding cancellation based on the safety of our vendors, guests, staff, and volunteers.

Scheduled Rain Dates:

• November 14, 2026 Market → Rain Date: November 15, 2026

• December 12, 2026 Market → Rain Date: December 13, 2026

If a market must be canceled due to severe weather, we will make every effort to hold the market on the scheduled rain date. Vendors will be notified as soon as a cancellation decision is made.

If a vendor is unable to attend the rain date, their booth fee may be transferred to another Heritage Farm market of equal value or refunded, as determined by The Heritage Farm.

If the market remains open as scheduled and a vendor chooses not to attend due to weather, booth fees will not be refunded or transferred.

Weather-related announcements will be shared with vendors by email and through The Heritage Farm's social media pages.
